Prof. Dr. Frank Müller-Langer is a Professor of Digital Transformation at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich, where he also serves as Vice Dean and Faculty Council Member. He maintains an affiliated research fellowship at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition. Previously, he held senior roles at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (Digital Economy Unit) and the Max Planck Institute, with visiting positions at UC Berkeley, Columbia University, and the University of Canterbury.
