Dr. Frank Honold is affiliated with the Institute of Media Informatics at Ulm University, where he has served as a research associate since 2009. His academic background includes a Ph.D. (completed August 2018) focused on adaptive multimodal human-computer interaction. He is a core member of the Transregional Collaborative Research Centre SFB/TRR 62 (funded by the German Research Foundation), investigating companion-technology for cognitive technical systems. His research emphasizes multimodal interaction, modality arbitration, and model-driven software development.
Education: Computer Science degree from Ulm University's Institute of Media Informatics.
