Frank Goeddeke is an Assistant Professor of Teaching at Wayne State University’s Mike Ilitch School of Business in the Department of Management. With over two decades of teaching experience across nearly a dozen post-secondary institutions, he specializes in organizational behavior, labor relations, and research methods. His work bridges academic research with practical applications in union dynamics and cultural economics.

Research and Teaching: His research focuses on organizational trust, labor union dynamics, and multilevel research methodologies. Recent publications analyze union corruption in the UAW and regional cultural impacts on Vietnam’s economy. He has taught advanced courses in organizational behavior, complex organizations, and strategic management.
