Frank Giesa

Prof. Dr. Frank Giesa is Professor of Business Administration specializing in Logistics and Controlling at Bremen University of Applied Sciences since 2011. Previously, he held professorships at Berlin School of Economics and Law (2005-2011) and Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (2005). He is a founding member of the Institute for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (ILSCM) and active in the Weser-Ems regional group of the Federal Association of Logistics (BVL).

His research centers on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management, with critical focus areas including digital transformation in logistics, process optimization, and human resources development. Current work addresses industry challenges like digital integration in supply chains and evolving workforce qualification requirements.
