Frank Chen is an instructor in the Department of History & War Studies. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy (B.S. 2015) and holds M.A. degrees from Southern Methodist University and Webster University. His military career as a Military Police Officer has included assignments in Germany, Washington State, and Missouri.
