Francois Lantin

François LANTIN is a Senior Lecturer at the iaelyon School of Management, Jean Moulin University, Lyon, France. He holds multiple leadership roles including Head of Professional Partnerships, Director and founder of the Lyon Center for Accounting and Auditing (CLEA), and Head of the Accounting and Auditing Department. His expertise spans financial accounting standards (French CRC 99-02 and IFRS), financial analysis, and strategic management.

His research focuses on the impacts of financial rating agencies on stock market prices and corporate strategies, as well as the implementation and consequences of IAS/IFRS standards on business groups. He contributes to academic governance as Vice-President of the Economics-Management Selection Committee at Jean Moulin University and as an external member at the University of Burgundy and University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Lecturer Lantin oversees educational programs including the Master's in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA) and License CCA, while also serving as an expert evaluator for HCERES and participating in professional diploma juries (DEC, DSCG). His work connects academia with industry through partnerships and continuing education programs.
