Francisco Angel Meijide del Rio

Francisco Angel Meijide del Rio is a university professor at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Department of Physical Chemistry. He leads the research group GI-1589 Supramolecular Chemistry and Physical Chemistry of Colloids.

His research focuses on Physical Chemistry, with emphasis on Supramolecular Chemistry and Colloid Chemistry.

Education:

• PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Santiago de Compostela (1984), with the thesis Kinetic study and mechanisms of the formation and decomposition reactions of N-nitrosophenylureas, supervised by Dr. Julio Casado Linarejos and Dr. Albino Fausto Castro Martinez.
