Francisca Moreno Tallón

Dr. Francisca Moreno Tallón serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Didactics and School Organization within the School of Applied Pedagogy and Educational Psychology at the University of the Balearic Islands. Her teaching responsibilities span across multiple programs including the Pedagogy Degree, Early Childhood Education Degree, Primary Education Degree, and various Master's programs.

Her research focuses on inclusive educational practices, with particular emphasis on accessibility frameworks and universal design principles for learning environments. Dr. Moreno Tallón's work centers on developing didactic approaches that accommodate diverse learning needs within school settings, promoting organizational structures that support inclusive education models.

She actively participates in the Inclusive School and Diversity (GREID) research group, a consolidated R&D&I structure at the university. As a thesis supervisor in the Education Doctoral Program for academic year 2025-26, she guides doctoral candidates in inclusive education research.
