Francisca López Ríos

Francisca López Ríos serves as a Professor in the Department of Psychology within the School of Humanities and Educational Sciences at the University of Almeria, Spain. She concurrently holds the position of Director of the Psychological Care Unit (UATPSICO), overseeing clinical services and training operations from her office in Building A (2nd Floor, Office 390).

Her research expertise centers on Personality Psychology, Psychological Assessment, and evidence-based treatments, with specialized focus on Contextual Behavioral Therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). She actively contributes to Health Psychology through clinical interventions for health-related psychological issues.
