Francesco Ricci is a senior professor at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano (UNIBZ), Italy, and serves on the UNIBZ Competence Center on Sustainability and the Steering Committee of DIGHUM at TU Wien (Vienna University of Technology). His research focuses on AI-based Recommender Systems to enhance human-AI collaboration and decision-making processes in both group and individual contexts.
