Francesco Gambino

Francesco Gambino is Full Professor of Private Law at the School of Law, University of Macerata since 2007. He holds a Law degree cum laude from Sapienza University of Rome (1997) and a PhD in Civil Law from University of Turin (2001). Admitted to the Italian Bar since 2000 and legally qualified to practice before the Italian Supreme Court since 2007, he participates in international academic associations including the Henri Capitant Association.
