Francesca MELILLO

Francesca MELILLO is an Associate Professor at SKEMA Business School (France), affiliated with the Innovation Academy and the Knowledge, Technology and Organization research center. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Luiss Guido Carli University (Italy), with prior academic roles at KU Leuven (Belgium) and a postdoc at Copenhagen Business School (Denmark).

Her research focuses on employee entrepreneurship, strategic human capital, and labor market consequences of entrepreneurial experiences. Key areas include start-up hiring strategies, mobility patterns of entrepreneurs, and counter-cyclical entrepreneurship dynamics.
