Francesca Lambert

Francesca Lambert is a Project Co-ordinator for NIHR Workforce research and a Lecturer at the School of Health Sciences, University of Southampton. She contributes to teaching in the MRes in Clinical and Health Research and HMPR programs, with a focus on Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) through lectures and seminars.

Her research projects include a longitudinal study on the consequences and costs of varying care team structures in English hospitals, utilizing routinely collected data to inform patient outcomes and healthcare economics.
