Francesca Crivellaro is a Senior Lecturer in Cultural Anthropology at the Department of Educational Sciences 'Giovanni Maria Bertin', University of Bologna. Her research focuses on migration-rural development linkages, gender dynamics in migration, microfinance, and intercultural education. She holds a PhD in International Cooperation and Sustainable Development (2011) and has collaborated on EU-funded projects like AGRUMIG and PLOTINA. Her work examines Moldova’s migration patterns, barriers faced by skilled migrant women in STEM fields, and food education policies in multicultural settings. Key projects include the PNRR OnFoods Partnership (2023–present) and the EUMentorSTEM initiative (2016–2019).
