Dr Francesca Carboni is a researcher at Newcastle University, specializing in archaeological and environmental analysis of ancient urban landscapes. She contributes to the Rome Transformed project, focusing on structural surveys and interdisciplinary studies of Southeast Rome and the Eastern Caelian district.
Research Interests include:
