Francesc Wilhelmi

Francesc Wilhelmi is a Tenure-Track Professor at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF) and a Research Engineer at Nokia Bell Labs. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies (2020) and an M.Sc. in Intelligent and Interactive Systems (2016), both from UPF. His research focuses on Wi-Fi technologies, machine learning, decentralized learning, and blockchain applications in telecommunications.
