Frances Alston

Dr. Frances Alston is an Instructor in Engineering Management at Oregon State University's College of Engineering. She holds a PhD in Industrial and System Engineering from the University of Alabama and teaches courses in engineering ethics, management concepts, and lean manufacturing.

Her research examines work cultures that enhance trust, productivity, and safety in technology organizations, having developed safety culture sustainability plans for industry implementation.
