Foaad Khosmood

Foaad Khosmood is a Professor of Computer Science and Forbes Professor of Computer Engineering at California Polytechnic State University. As Research Director of the Institute for Advanced Technology and Public Policy (IATPP), he leads projects focusing on digital government transparency, AI applications in legislative analysis, and data science for historical research.
