Florian Sprenger is a Professor for Virtual Humanities at the Ruhr University Bochum, where he leads the Virtual Humanities Lab. He has held academic positions at Goethe University Frankfurt (Junior Professor for Media Cultural Studies), Leuphana University of Lüneburg (Research Associate), and Stanford University (Visiting Scholar). His research bridges media studies, philosophy, and digital cultures.
