Prof. Dr. Florent Thouvenin holds the Chair for Information and Communications Law at the University of Zurich's Faculty of Law. He specializes in legal aspects of digital technologies, including Intellectual Property, Internet Law, AI regulation, and Data Protection. His academic work addresses challenges posed by emerging technologies to existing legal frameworks, with a focus on Swiss and EU law.
