Florence LAUMIÈRE

Florence LAUMIÈRE is a Lecturer at the University of Toulouse-Jean Jaurès, permanently affiliated with the Department of Geography, Planning, and Environment (Daniel-Faucher Institute). She currently serves as Director of the IUP Planning and Territorial Development Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Solidarity, Societies, Territories (LISST).

Her research spans interdisciplinary domains including Geography, Urban Planning, and Territorial Development, with emphasis on societal solidarity and environmental sustainability as reflected through LISST's framework. This laboratory integrates academic research with practical territorial development initiatives across European contexts.

LISST operates as a core research unit under her directorship, fostering collaborations between geographers, planners, and social scientists to address contemporary spatial challenges in urban and rural settings.
