Florence J. Hoffert-Dallo, Ph.D., M.P.H., serves as Professor and Director of Public Health at Oakland University's School of Health Sciences. With 25+ years of expertise, she pioneered research on Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) health disparities, driving the 2024 U.S. Census designation that ended MENA's classification as "white" in federal data.
