Flavio Argiro' is an Associate Professor of Criminal Law (IUS/17) at the Department of Law, Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) at University of Sannio. He maintains office hours on Tuesdays from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at De Simone Palace and can be contacted at fargiro@unisannio.it or by phone at 3382512624. For the 2025/2026 academic year, he teaches Criminal Law for the Law degree program and Workplace Safety for the Digital Administration Sciences program.
Professor Argiro's research spans multiple dimensions of criminal law with particular focus on theoretical foundations, historical evolution, and contemporary applications. His work demonstrates expertise in traditional criminal law domains while extending into emerging areas like cybercrime, medical law, and financial regulations. He has published extensively on topics including criminal responsibility, participation theory, organized crime, and the intersection of criminal law with other legal domains.
