Flavie Elise Marie Le Rai

Flavie Elise Marie Le Rai is a Guest PhD Candidate at the University of Oslo's SMN (Department of Chemistry), participating in the DEMO project under the MSCA Doctoral Network. Her research focuses on catalysis, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), C-H activation, computational catalyst simulations (MD, DFT, TD-DFT), X-ray spectroscopy (XAS, XES), and machine learning applications in chemistry. She holds a Master's degree from the Erasmus Mundus program in materials science across University of Rennes (France), Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland), and University of Turin (Italy), alongside a Physics Bachelor from the University of Rennes.

Her work integrates experimental and computational methodologies to advance catalyst design and material characterization. She is affiliated with the DEMO project, which aims to develop sustainable chemical processes through collaborative doctoral training.
