Flavia FECHETE

Flavia FECHETE is a Lecturer at the Department of Manufacturing Engineering within the Faculty of Technological Engineering and Industrial Management at the Technical University of Brașov. Her research focuses on performance management, statistics, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on sustainable development and industrial systems.

Her work includes theoretical and applied studies in manufacturing processes, such as optimizing grinding techniques, analyzing nonconformities in production, and enhancing delivery performance.
