Filipa Veludo

Filipa Veludo is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing and Lisbon Nursing School, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, with a focus on nursing care and interdisciplinary health research. She is affiliated with the Center for Interdisciplinary Research in Health (CIIS), contributing to projects involving patient comfort, critical care, and chronic condition management.

Her research interests include the development and validation of healthcare assessment tools, application of NANDA-I taxonomy in critical situations, and integration of spiritual well-being into nursing diagnoses. She frequently employs scoping and systematic review methodologies to address clinical challenges.

Recent projects, such as the validation of global comfort scales and critical care nursing protocols, highlight her commitment to improving patient-centered care. Her work aligns with SDGs related to health and well-being.
