Filip Chybalski

Filip Chybalski is a Professor at the Lodz University of Technology, affiliated with the Faculty of Organization and Management and the Institute of Management. He serves as Head of the Department of Forecasts and Quantitative Analyses and Vice-Head of the Institute of Management for Science.

• Research focuses on pension systems, labor market dynamics, and intergenerational equity.
• Coordinator of the Pensions & Intergenerational Research Group.
• Member of the Polish Economic Society and European Network for Research on Supplementary Pensions (ENRSP).

His recent publications examine housing-pension trade-offs, welfare state regimes, and demographic impacts on retirement policies. Key themes include multidimensional pension adequacy, intergenerational fairness, and state-market interactions in welfare systems.

Chybalski contributes to academic governance as Deputy Chairman of the Management and Quality Studies Discipline Council and the Degree Council in Management. He also serves on the TUL Library Board and Scholarship Fund Commission.
