Dr. Fikile Mabena is a Lecturer in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health at the University of the Witwatersrand, based at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital. Her qualifications include MB BCh, DTM&H, MMed (University of the Witwatersrand), dual FCPaed(SA) certifications, and a postgraduate diploma in HIV/AIDS Management.
Her research focuses on pediatric infectious diseases, with emphasis on:
