Professor Fiammetta CASCIOLI KARIVALIS serves as Professor of Management at KEDGE Business School, where she directs the MSc Business Transformation for Sustainability program and participates in the France-Benelux steering committee for the United Nations Global Compact's Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME). Previously, she designed managerial development programs at ESCP Business School.
Her research focuses on sustainable management practices through the lens of lifelong learning and organizational behavior, with particular expertise in pedagogical innovation using digital technologies. Current investigations examine self-directed learning systems, MOOC-based management education, and skills sponsorship frameworks within corporate environments.
Recent publications demonstrate consistent output in high-impact journals since 2018, showing evolving focus from digital learning devices (2018) through managerial autonomy (2022) to contemporary sustainable management catalysts (2025). Her work bridges organizational behavior theory with practical applications in corporate sustainability and educational technology.
She teaches management, organizational behavior, and sustainable development courses while conducting multilingual research in French, English, and Spanish. Her leadership extends to program direction and international committee work focused on responsible management education standards.
