Fernando Lozano is a Professor of Economics at Pomona College, holding the Morris B. and Gladys S. Pendleton Professorship. He also serves as the Chair of Anthropology, Coordinator of Latin American Studies, and Coordinator of Public Policy Analysis at Pomona. Additionally, he co-chairs California’s Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors and works as an economist at the Inland Empire Economic Partnership.
