Felix Osterheider

Honorary Professor Felix Osterheider holds the position of Adjunct Professor in Communication Consulting at the Faculty of Management, Culture and Technology, Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. He earned his PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Osnabrück. His career includes roles as a journalist in radio and television, founder of a PR agency, and academic leadership in establishing communication programs at the university. He has served in executive roles at KOKOS AG (2000–2007), RWE AG (2007–2009), Georgsmarienhütte GmbH (2010–2018), Attentium AG (2019–2021), and currently chairs the Aloys & Brigitte Coppenrath Foundation.

His research focuses on strategic communication, internal communication, change management, and corporate communication. He advises organizations on transformation and stakeholder engagement, leveraging his industry experience in energy, manufacturing, and corporate governance.
