Fei He

Dr. Fei He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University-Kingsville. His research applies game theory and optimization to critical infrastructure protection, disaster response, and cyber-physical system security. He holds a Ph.D. from SUNY Buffalo and specializes in mathematical modeling of security and resilience in complex systems.
