Federico Picinali is an Associate Professor of Law at LSE Law School, part of the London School of Economics and Political Science. He holds a Degree in Legal Sciences from Università degli Studi di Milano, an LL.M. from Yale Law School, and a Ph.D. from Università degli Studi di Trento. His research focuses on theoretical questions in criminal law and evidence law, including the criminal standard of proof, inferential reasoning, statistical evidence, and epistemic injustice in criminal fact-finding.
