Federica Bicchi

Dr. Federica Bicchi is an Associate Professor of International Relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Her research focuses on European diplomacy, digitalization in diplomacy, and EU foreign policy cooperation. She specializes in the 'practice turn' in International Relations, analyzing how diplomatic practices shape EU international identity. Her expertise spans Euro-Mediterranean relations, the European External Action Service, and the impact of digital tools on diplomatic communications.

Education: She holds a PhD in Political Science from the European University Institute (EUI) and has conducted research at Stanford University, New York University, University of Siena, and Free University of Berlin.
