Fatma Gül Uysal is a Lecturer at Bursa Uludağ University's Inegöl Vocational School, Department of Economic and Administrative Programs. She has held this position since 1998 and served as Head of Department since 2010. Her research explores organizational communication, vocational training outcomes, and SME management structures. She has presented these findings at international vocational symposia in Bosnia.
Notably, her work bridges academic theory with practical business applications through both empirical research and hands-on experience: she operated her own business (Uysal Süt Ürünleri) from 1992-1998 before transitioning to academia full-time. Teaching responsibilities include foundational courses in business administration and organizational management at the associate degree level.
