معرفی
Fatemeh Shiri is a Lecturer in the Department of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the School of Computing Technologies, RMIT University. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Australian National University (2021) and previously served as a Research Fellow at Monash University for four years.
Her research focuses on:
- Reasoning-based multi-agent systems
- Evaluating and benchmarking the reasoning capabilities of large multimodal models
- Extracting knowledge from diverse modalities (event/relation extraction from text, scene graph generation from images)
- Integration of Generative AI, Computer Vision, and NLP
She currently offers supervision opportunities for Masters Research or PhD students in topics related to enhancing medical/clinical AI decision-making through reasoning agents and knowledge graphs.
