Faisal AMLANI is a Research Fellow at CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) since January 2022, affiliated with CentraleSupélec within the University of Paris-Saclay. His primary academic activities focus on mathematical modeling and simulation for problems in solid dynamics, fluid dynamics, and fluid-structure interactions.

He teaches mathematical modeling and linear wave theory for coastal geophysical processes at the undergraduate (L3) and masters (M1) levels. AMLANI also serves as Senior Guest Editor for SpringerOpen's Advanced Modeling & Simulation in Engineering Sciences and is an elected member of the Scientific Council of ENS Paris-Saclay.
