Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadime KAYA SOYLU is a full-time academician at Kafkas University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, since 2016. She holds a PhD in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing (Istanbul University, 2015), a Master’s in the same field (2009), and a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Kafkas University, 2002). Her research focuses on Psychiatric Nursing, Mental Health, and Stress Coping, with a strong emphasis on Psychodrama applications and Self-Compassion. She has advised 13 graduate students and received the Psychiatry Nurses Association Research Award (2011).

Her work explores the interplay between Psychological Resilience and Stress Perception in healthcare settings, with a focus on Violence Effects and Disaster Preparedness. She has served on committees, including Kafkas University Erasmus Coordinator (2019-).
