Fabrizio GERLI

Fabrizio GERLI is a Full Professor of Business Organization and Human Resources Management at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. He serves as Director of the Ca' Foscari Competency Centre (CFCC) and Rector's Delegate for Career Services. His academic roles include teaching leadership development, organizational behavior, and competency-based management across various graduate and undergraduate programs.

Dr. GERLI holds a Ph.D. in Management from Ca' Foscari and has led over 15 research projects funded by institutions like the Italian Ministry of Research and the European Social Fund. His research focuses on behavioral competencies, leadership development, lean management, and the role of emotional/social intelligence in innovation and entrepreneurship. He co-founded the CFCC to advance competency-driven education and employability.
