معرفی
Fabrice Goubard is a Full Professor in the Department of Chemistry at CY Cergy Paris Université, where he is affiliated with the Laboratory of Physicochemistry of Polymers and Interfaces (LPPI). He has been a faculty member since 1997, progressing from Assistant Professor to Full Professor in 2008.
Education
- 2007: Habilitation to supervise research, University of Cergy-Pontoise – Thesis: 'From the structure to the functional nanomaterials'
- 1996: Doctor of Chemistry, University Pierre et Marie Curie – Thesis: 'Synthesis, spectroscopic and (magnetic and nuclear) structural determination of MNbF6 (M= V, Cr) compounds', with distinction and highly commended
His research interests center on the design and application of functional hybrid nanomaterials, particularly in photovoltaics. His work spans perovskite solar cells, stretchable organic solar cells, hole transporting materials (HTMs), and conjugated polymers. He explores interfacial engineering, stability enhancement, and novel synthesis methods for optoelectronic materials. His recent publications reflect a strong focus on improving device performance, mechanical flexibility, and thermal stability through innovative molecular design and nanomaterials engineering.
The publications highlight a consistent trajectory in advanced materials for solar energy conversion, with increasing emphasis on stability, scalability, and novel photophysical mechanisms. Key themes include perovskite solar cells, polymer-based photoinitiators, and nanostructured conducting polymers for photocatalysis and sensing.
