Fabio Santori

Fabio Santori is a researcher at the Complex Carbohydrate Research Center (CCRC) at the University of Georgia. His work is tied to glycoconjugate metabolism, plant cell wall biosynthesis, and molecular modeling, aligning with the center's focus on glycoscience and bioinformatics. He is part of multidisciplinary teams such as the BioFoundry:GREAT and the GlyGen Network for Advanced NMR (NAN), contributing to projects like the NIH Graduate Training Program in Glycoscience and the NSF Materials Innovation Platform (GlycoMIP).
