Fabio Gomes Guerra

Fabio Gomes Guerra is a guest lecturer at Iscte Business School (ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa) and coordinates the Asset Management Unit within the Risk Management Department at the Bank of Portugal. He holds a Postgraduate in Finance and a degree in Management from Iscte-iul. His professional expertise spans monetary policy, financial markets, risk management, and financial assets. Previously, he served as a Financial Risk Expert at the European Central Bank.
