Dr.-Ing. Fabienne Lambusch is a research associate at the Chair of Business Information Systems, University of Rostock, Germany. Since January 2017, she has focused on human-centered design of information systems that foster personal and organizational reflection, particularly in the domains of professional self-management, productivity, and well-being.

Research Interests:
Her core research revolves around mobile & wearable information systems, personalized feedback technologies, and IT-supported self-management. She leverages context-aware and persuasive approaches to help individuals understand and improve the interplay between energy, productivity, and health.

Across 2020-2024, Lambusch has published extensively on systems that combine sensing, self-tracking, and feedback to support workplace productivity and psychological well-being. Topics range from wearable recommendation architectures and webcam-based interventions to ecological momentary assessment of human energy and randomized controlled trials evaluating personalized feedback.
