FRANCISCO JOSE RINCON ROLDAN

Francisco Jose Rincon Roldan is a Professor and Director of the Chair of Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation in Social Economy at the University of Pablo de Olavide. He holds a permanent academic position in the Department of Business Organization and Marketing, part of the Faculty of Business Sciences. His teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including Human Resources Management, Strategic Management of Human Resources, and Business Simulation. He leads courses in the University Master's Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management and contributes to interdisciplinary programs like the Double Degree in Business Administration and Management (English) and Law.

His research focuses on digital transformation's impact on human resource competencies, sustainability, and awareness of cooperative models in Andalusia. He has coordinated projects such as the 2025 study on Andalusian work cooperative awareness and the 2022 project on digital transformation and HR competencies.
