Dr. Feray Bayça is a Lecturer at the Department of Fundamental Engineering Sciences, Rafet Kayış Faculty of Engineering, Alanya Alaaddin Keykubat University. They hold a PhD in Chemistry (Physical Chemistry) from Manisa Celal Bayar University (2018), an MSc from Celal Bayar University (2010), and a BSc in Chemistry from Ege University (2006). Their research focuses on Physical Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Chemical Kinetics, and Adsorption, with emphasis on environmental applications like dye removal, nanoparticle synthesis, and leaching processes.
Key research trends include environmental remediation via adsorption mechanisms, synthesis of magnetic nanoparticles (e.g., CoFe2O4), and optimization of leaching kinetics for mineral processing. Publications span 2011–2025, addressing topics from nuclear medicine to sustainable material recovery from industrial waste.
Dr. Bayça has conducted projects on leaching kinetics of celestite and ulexite waste, dissolution processes under ultrasonic methods, and radiopharmaceutical potential studies. They are a member of the Chemists Association since 2008.
