Dr. Fegani Beyler is a Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy at Bingöl University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Their academic career began in 2015 and continues to the present. Beyler holds a PhD in Philosophy and Religious Sciences from Istanbul University (2010), focusing on 'Russian Studies on Islamic Philosophy and Interpretation of Islamic Philosophy.'

Research interests include the works of Islamic philosophers like Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, and Al-Biruni, as well as the transmission of scientific knowledge in the Islamic world. They have authored/co-authored over 10 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, including studies on Al-Jazari's mechanical engineering contributions and Hacı Bektaş Veli's legacy.
Recent articles explore methodological issues in Russian studies on Al-Jazari, Avicenna's philosophical influence, and the role of madrasas in Russian academic contexts. Beyler has supervised four MA theses on topics ranging from medieval philosophy to contemporary ethical issues.
Awarded multiple prestigious scholarships including the Greek State Scholarship (2005) and has served as a reviewer for journals like BEYTULHIKME and IJHE.
