Professor Ewen McColl is Head of Peninsula Dental School and Director of Clinical Dentistry within the Faculty of Health at the University of Plymouth. He plays a key leadership role in clinical and academic dentistry, contributing significantly to education, research, and community impact in dental sciences.
His primary research interests lie in periodontology, restorative dentistry, and implant dentistry, with a focus on both surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapies. He also serves as Director of Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise, integrating clinical service with academic mission.
