Ewa Lombard

Ewa Lombard is an Assistant Professor in Sustainable Management at Montpellier Business School, with cross-appointments as a lecturer at Geneva Finance Research Institute (University of Geneva). She holds a PhD in Neurosciences from Universities of Geneva and Lausanne (2016), and a dual MSc in Management from Bocconi University (Italy) and HSG (Switzerland). Her research bridges cognitive neuroscience and business decision-making, focusing on ethical finance, sustainable decision frameworks, and the role of emotions in behavioral change.

Key research areas include neuroscience of financial decisions, future thinking for intergenerational planning, and innovative science communication methods. She teaches Future Thinking in executive education programs, Neuroscience of Financial Decision-Making in finance programs, and research methodologies at the doctoral level.
