Evrim Erişir is a Lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Procedure and Enforcement-Bankruptcy Law. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law and earned his master's and doctoral degrees in Private Law from Dokuz Eylül University Institute of Social Sciences.
His research focuses on temporary legal protection, consumer dispute resolution, and guarantor-related execution proceedings. He received a DAAD Fellowship for academic research at the University of Gießen during his doctorate.
He has published two major works: his master's thesis on Capacity to Sue and Be Sued in Civil Procedure Law (2007) and his doctoral thesis on Basics of Temporary Legal Protection and Types of Injunctive Reliefs (2013). His professional activities also extend to mediation, arbitration, and dispute resolution consultancy through trainings and services.
