Eve Pouliot, Ph.D., LL.B., is a Full Professor at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (UQAC) since 2006. She co-holds the VISAJ Chair (UQAC-Cégep de Jonquière Research Chair on the Life and Health of Young People) and serves as a regular researcher at multiple institutions: University Research Center on Youth and Families (CRUJeF), Youth, Families and Social Responses Research Center (JEFAR), Quebec Intersectoral Flood Network (RIISQ), and the Intersectoral Center for Sustainable Health (CISD). Her work bridges social work, youth protection, and disaster response.
